Ethics should definitely be a new investment

Do you believe that business is about numbers, profits and success? But today, that is no longer enough. Modern companies are not just money-making machines, they are more like living organisms that influence culture and create the future. More and more people believe success is measured not only by revenue but also by trust, reputation and a positive impact on society. Business is no longer seen as a mechanism for generating profit, but as a social construct that influences social processes. This is where ethics comes to the forefront and becomes a new currency.

I’m Ethical – Are You? It Depends on How You Look At It

I would like to provoke some critical thinking by claiming that I am ethical and, then by asking if you are. This simple statement and question can lead to complex considerations. For example, recently while attending an event with two dozen professionals, I asked each person to use a five-point scale to score their own ethical behavior and, then, to score his/her perception of the ethical behavior of others in their profession; five points was the most ethical. Interestingly, the average of the individual self-assessments for ethical behavior were quite high, an average of 4.5 on the scale. And, even more interestingly, the assessments of others in the profession were much lower, an average of 2.8 on the scale. Mind you, the same people giving themselves high ethical scores were being given much lower scores by their peers.

This edition of Congress is what we proudly call the real deal when reaching a global community. Our focus is to deliver an international project to connect excellent experts and provide the participants with a prestigious opportunity to network with the best speakers and authors in the field. We take pride in lessening the linguistic limits that may prevent such a brilliant initiative from reaching as broad an audience as it deserves. 

Działamy! Myślimy kreatywnie i łączymy siły, czyli warszawski oddział PMI PC wraca po przerwie

Po półtorarocznej przerwie warszawski oddział PMI PC powrócił do działania w wielkim stylu, a wszystko to za sprawą liderki Adriany Proszak. Chętnych wolontariuszy do dołączenia do oddziału nie brakowało i nie brakuje, więc zespół cały czas rośnie w siłę i w  nowe pomysły. Do tej pory na swoim koncie ma już dwa zorganizowane warsztaty, które okazały się dużym sukcesem i zgromadziły stu dwudziestu uczestników. Już po dwóch wydarzeniach śmiało można stwierdzić, że profesjonalizm prowadzących, zaangażowanie zespołu oraz zapewnienie niesamowitej atmosfery podczas warsztatów wpisuje się w wizytówkę oddziału.

Graficzne impresje – Strefa od kuchni – wywiad z Anną Bar

Przełomowym i najbardziej widocznym momentem w moim przekonaniu była zmiana na całej identyfikacji PMI, wtedy zmieniliśmy szatę graficzną czasopisma na spójną. To była także bardzo dobra okazja, żeby odświeżyć projekt na bardziej minimalistyczny, czystszy w formie. Zostawiliśmy tylko dotychczasowy font bazowy dla wszystkich artykułów, gdyż ten z nowego brandbooka PMI niestety nie mieścił dotychczasowych treści. Wówczas również winieta tytułowa zyskała bardziej nowoczesny i minimalistyczny wygląd.

Śledztwo Strefy: Afera w PMI PC. Transformation Gate – vol. 3: finito

Stało się. Zostałem zdemaskowany. Moje undercover śledztwo dobiegło końca. Owocem minionych dziewięciu miesięcy ukrytej pracy jest naświetlanie tej afery, która ze statusu piccolo przeszła w grande, oraz doprowadzenie do powołania tzw. corona, czyli świadka koronnego. Jego, a tak naprawdę ich, rolą będzie prezentowanie na łamach Strefy PMI dowodów w sprawie Czytelnicy kontra PMI TT.
