Requirements
Before deciding to publish in the Strefa PMI, it’s important to remember that different types of texts have their own specific requirements. An article and a review are two distinct forms that require different approaches in terms of both content and structure. Each has its own set of guidelines to help you prepare a text that meets the editorial standards.
Familiarize yourself with the relevant rules to ensure that the chosen form best fits your idea. Depending on what you want to publish — an article or a review — we will help you refine your text so that it perfectly aligns with the framework of our Strefa.
Additionally, we provide templates that should be used when creating an article.
Article to Strefa PMI
- It should address topics related to project, program, and portfolio management, PMO, Agile, Lean, business analysis, soft skills, and similar areas.
- It must not have been previously published.
- It cannot contain direct promotion of a company, its services, or products.
- The length should be between 7,000 and 8,000 characters including spaces (equivalent to two pages in the PMI Zone).
- It should include a title and a lead; subheadings and highlights (bold text) are encouraged.
- The article should be accompanied by the Author’s photo (as a separate high-resolution file) and a short Author bio (up to 600 characters) placed below the article.
- High-resolution photos (TIFF or JPG, 300 dpi) with publishing rights are welcome, along with the author’s/photographer’s name or the image source.
- Illustrations (charts, diagrams, graphics) or separate text boxes (quotes, summaries, case studies) are also welcome — in such cases, the text length must be reduced accordingly (by approximately 1,000 characters per illustration).
Additional Article Guidelines
- An author’s photo in good quality must be provided (as a separate high-resolution file, labeled with the author’s full name).
