General Provisions

  1. The organizer of the contest is the publisher of the quarterly “Strefa PMI”: PMI Poland Chapter, ul. Domaniewska 47/10, 02-672 Warsaw, NIP: 525-227-89-73.
  2. The sponsors of the prizes are Silfra Consulting and MT Biznes.
  3. The contest is created only for the event 19th Congress PMI PC.

Conditions of Participation

4. Adults can participate in the contest, meaning the participant must be at least 18 years old.

5. To participate in the contest, you must have a verified account on LinkedIn or Facebook.

6. The contest runs from 21.11.2024 to 22.11.2024.

7. Only participants of the 19th Congress PMI PC can participate in the contest.

Contest Task

  1. The contest task titled “Congress Competition: Win inspiring books!” involves completing a quiz about Strefa PMI and following us on LinkedIn – https://forms.gle/6J6u1avDcxetVvKfA.
  2. The winners of the contest will be notified of their win via email. The email will be sent to the address provided in the form.
  3. Seven people with the best quiz results about Strefa PMI will win.

Prize

  1. The prize in the contest is 7 paper editions of books that will be present at the Strefa PMI stand during the congress.
  2. The organizer has the right to announce the list of winners during the congress.
  3. The organizer is not responsible for the inability to deliver the prize due to reasons attributable to the participant (e.g., providing an incomplete email address or not collecting the prize by 16:00 at the Strefa PMI stand on 22.11.2024). In such a case, the prize is forfeited.

Complaints

  1. Any complaints regarding the conduct of the contest should be submitted in writing during the contest, but no later than 7 (seven) days from the date of awarding the prizes.
  2. Complaints submitted after the deadline will have no legal effect.
  3. The written complaint should include the participant’s name, surname, exact address, and a detailed description and justification of the complaint. The complaint should be sent by registered mail to the organizer’s address with the note “Contest of the day …..”.
  4. Complaints will be considered in writing within 30 days.

Final Provisions

  1. In matters not regulated by these rules, the provisions of the Civil Code and other legal regulations shall apply.
  2. Disputes arising from and related to the contest will be resolved by the common court competent for the organizer’s registered office.
  3. The organizer reserves the right to change the contest rules during its duration. Information about changes will be posted on the Fanpage.
  4. By submitting an entry, the participant authorizes the organizer to process their personal data in connection with the contest, including publishing this data as part of the information about the contest winners.

a) The organizer processes data in accordance with legal regulations, in particular the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data.

b) The participant’s data will be processed only until the prize is successfully collected. After that, the participant’s data will be deleted from the organizer’s database.

c) The processing of personal data is carried out with special protection and security against unauthorized access.
