This year, the leading theme revolves around Waves of Transformations: emotions, ethics, and environment, which, although surprising, are the central components in accepting the dynamics of managing people.
The 19th International Congress PMI PC is an invitation to face the undeniable difficulties of project management. Yet, it is an ideal environment to offer and receive support in a community of experts. Anyone who believes in the power of networking should see it for themselves – the connections formed during the event, the embracing support offered and given, and, of course, the knowledge that grows immensely throughout the experience.
It is getting international
This edition of Congress is what we proudly call the real deal when reaching a global community. Our focus is to deliver an international project to connect excellent experts and provide the participants with a prestigious opportunity to network with the best speakers and authors in the field. We take pride in lessening the linguistic limits that may prevent such a brilliant initiative from reaching as broad an audience as it deserves.

Beth Oullette will let us in on the secret sauce to surviving change, and she will also talk about how to grow emotionally as a leader in a two-hour masterclass titled “Emotional Intelligence Tools and Techniques to Navigate Organizational Transformation.”

2023 was the year we introduced PMIthon as the first Hackathon-style event for project managers. We are excited to see it gain the recognition it deserves as we eagerly await the 2nd edition at the 19th International Congress PMI PC. We hope to see passionate and bright candidates unafraid to take on the toughest challenges.

On the 21st of November – the 2nd day of the Congress – you may choose from various speeches in English or Polish or attend a workshop.
