Lucila is Global Head of Sustainability at PMI and Executive Director of the PMI-Green Project Management joint venture. An organizational psychologist with 15+ years of international experience, she works at the intersection of transformation, leadership and sustainable impact. Born in Argentina, lived in London and is now based in Madrid. She has worked with KPMG on transformation programs and purpose initiatives, and earlier founded a boutique consultancy focused on leadership and behavior change.
