Zadowolony i zmotywowany zespół, dostarczanie na czas i większa przewidywalność, szybsze dostarczanie nowych funkcjonalności klientom, łatwiejsze dopasowywanie się do zmian, zwiększenie przejrzystości oraz poprawa współpracy między tzw. biznesem, a IT – to niektóre z korzyści, jakie wynikają z wdrożenia Scrum. Aby je jednak zacząć zauważać i mówić o sukcesie musimy odpowiednio rozpocząć taką transformację. Kluczowym w osiągnięciu wyżej wymienionych czynników będzie Scrum Master (SM) i jego właściwe podejście. Praca ta z pozoru wydaje się lekka i przyjemna, w końcu mamy wspierać zespół tam, gdzie nas potrzebuje. To był i jest czas trudny dla nas wszystkich. Kryzys zweryfikował nasze dotychczasowe założenia, modele współpracy i style zarzą­dzania. Wiele rzeczy należało przewartościo­wać, a wiele zdefiniować na nowo.
